We offer refunds for products that meet the following criteria:

- The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all packaging, tags, and any included accessories intact.
- The product must be purchased directly from our website or authorized resellers. Products purchased from third-party retailers are not eligible for a refund through our policy.
Please note that some items, such as gift cards, downloadable content, or personalized products, may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Process
If you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Once we receive your request, we will send you a return authorization email with instructions on how to return the item.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your proof of purchase.

3. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment that was originally used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account. If you used a credit card for the purchase, the refund will be issued to your card. If you paid via PayPal or another payment processor, the refund will be issued to the same account.

4. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products
